Job Summary: The Fleet Systems & Compliance Specialist is responsible for maintaining and optimizing fleet management software to ensure accurate data flow, system reliability, and effective utilization across operations. This role supports driver compliance efforts by monitoring Hours of Service (HOS), safety event performance, and adherence to federal and state regulations. The specialist regularly analyzes fleet repair orders and maintenance trends to ensure maintenance compliance and improve fleet reliability. In addition, the position provides support to local management with transportationrelated needs, including reporting, troubleshooting system issues, data entry, coordinating with vendors, and training employees. This role serves as a key liaison between drivers, maintenance teams, and leadership to promote safe, efficient, and compliant fleet operations. Key Responsibilities:
