About the Role
Join our vibrant, global BCD Meetings & Events team as a Venue Sourcing Consultant, where no two days are the same! You'll be the go-to expert for finding, negotiating, and contracting the perfect venues for our clients' meetings and events-whether it's a chic city hotel or an unforgettable off-the-beaten-path space. You'll juggle timelines, budgets, and creative ideas to deliver exceptional results while building strong relationships with clients and suppliers. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love making things happen, we want you on our team!

You're Good At

• Sourcing, negotiating, and contracting venues that align with client goals and budgets.
• Building strong, collaborative relationships with clients and industry partners.
• Managing project timelines and keeping events on track from start to finish.
• Prioritizing multiple projects without missing a beat.
• Delivering top-notch customer service with professionalism and a smile.

You Might Also Have

• 3-5 years of venue sourcing or hotel conference management experience.
• International sourcing and contracting expertise.
• Proficiency with Cvent, Excel, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• A knack for strategic and creative thinking in event planning.
• A bachelor's degree (preferred, not required).

Travel requirements for this role are as follows:25% to 50%

We carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors, including your professional background and experience. The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Venue Sourcing Consultant is between $60,000 - $85,000. The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience, geographical location, and project budget.
