Description This role is responsible for providing enduser support for local and remote staff, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues across Windows and Office 365 environments. The candidate will install, support, and maintain laptops, desktops, and corporate applications, perform imaging and rebuilds, and assist with VPN and remoteaccess support. Responsibilities include analyzing and testing new hardware/software configurations, resolving escalated incidents, documenting solutions, and updating systems, applications, and content platforms. Success in this role requires strong customer service, clear communication, multitasking ability, and comfort working independently at client locations. Candidates should have 2-4 years of technical support or help desk experience, working knowledge of networks and WiFi, experience with software installs and updates, and the ability to support multiple users and tasks simultaneously. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Springboro, OH. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00/hr.
