| Job Description |
Independently completes assignments and resolves problems. Maintains database listing of identified problems and recommended solutions. Tracks and schedules resources. Prepares and maintains reports. Records and documents and maintains Standard Operating Procedures. Maintains Physical inventory. Tracks personnel training, certifications and licenses. Composes complex and technical correspondence and reports. Uses computers and various software products in support of daily operations. Routes documents. Operates office machines. Prepares/coordinates and manages CONUS and OCONUS travel arrangements for group. Provides guidance to junior Office and Materials Management employees. Conducts training and or provides instruction to Jr. Office and Materials management staff as well as section employees. May perform other duties such as RAMS, assisting the ISSO, assisting the building manager, personnel accountability, and timekeeping. May maintain key control. Performs other duties as required to complete the assigned mission. With minimal supervision, follows specific procedures and detailed instructions, distributes supplies, tools and equipment. Researches and completes supply requests in a timely manner. Accurately and timely receives, records, and delivers incoming shipments and ships out orders and returns. Acquires and records information regarding the status of supply transactions. Performs standard duties and responsibilities associated with storage areas and inventory system. Receives, issues, labels, maintains approved supply levels and shelving of supplies. Follows established governmental regulations, organizational guidelines, company policies and procedures when performing job responsibilities. Performs duties and responsibilities associated with property control. When applicable, monitors and ensures Test, Measurement and Diagnostic Equipment (TMDE) compliance. Performs other duties as required to complete the assigned mission. Prepares purchase request documents to meet compliance requirements for procurement. Updates and maintains databases for work orders, inventory control. Uses specialized software to generate purchase requests and professionally coordinates with required approvers. This position is covered under the Collective Bargaining Agreement.

Pay Rate:$27.91
Education/Licenses/Certifications/Experience Requirements:
*Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent. *Must have a minimum of 3 years' experience in a clerical/administrative related field and 2 years as an Office and Materials Management II experience.
Job Skills Requirements:
*Must have good working knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and Microsoft Office software products such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. *One (1) year experience with S-4 Logistics document procedures and processes. *One (1) year experience with Army Enterprise Systems Integration Program (AESIP) *One (1) year experience with Global Combat Support System (GCSS) Army or other automated supply system. *Must have intermediate knowledge of U.S. Army regulations, policies and procedures for DOD property control.
Physical Requirements:
*Must pass a pre-employment drug screening and physical and periodic retests. *Must be able to wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for work tasks assigned. *Must be capable of working in extreme weather conditions including summer temperatures peaking around 120 degrees Fahrenheit. *Must be capable of lifting 25 lbs. unassisted. *Must meet the physical requirements necessary to perform operations outlined, performed, and stated in the SOPs.

Additional Desirable Qualifications:
*Experience with SAMS1E or other automated supply system.
Terms of Employment & Eligibility Requirements:
*Must be a U.S. Citizen. *Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent. *Must possess or be able to obtain a security clearance prior to employment and maintain security clearance for the duration of employment. *Must be a current TRAX employee or affiliate subcontractor for internal postings.
