As an unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol a busy logistics location, maintaining a strong presence that helps to reduce incidents. You will conduct routine rounds, observe activity around docks and entry points, support access control, and document security-related concerns with clear reports. With our agile, reliable, and innovative team, you will deliver caring customer service and communicate with integrity while supporting daily operations.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities as directed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and/or emergency services as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, yards, and perimeter areas to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential issues.
• Monitor access points and observe people, vehicles, and delivery activity, reporting irregular conditions according to post orders.
• Complete written and/or electronic reports, including patrol logs and incident documentation, and communicate relevant updates during shift transitions.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
