Job Title: Facility Management & Services Technician I

Location(s): Charlotte, NC

Position Summary:
Responsible for performing general factory cleaning and housekeeping duties in support of a safe, organized, and compliant manufacturing environment. This role focuses on non-restroom cleaning across production and common areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain factory floors and production areas, including sweeping, mopping, and debris removal.
• Operate industrial floor scrubbing equipment (ride-on and walk-behind units) as required.
• Wipe down safety rails, machinery exteriors, and plexiglass 80/20 walls.
• Clean areas not accessible by floor machines using manual cleaning methods.
• Collect and dispose of trash and waste materials in designated collection areas.
• Maintain cleanliness of employee break areas.
• Organize and clean storage cabinets and janitorial supply areas.
• Properly store cleaning chemicals, tools, and equipment in accordance with safety guidelines.
• Follow all company safety protocols and maintain a hazard-free work environment.
