The Opportunity The Associate Dean of Learning Design & Technology provides strategic leadership in the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of innovative learning design and technology initiatives. This role leads a comprehensive portfolio that includes instructional design, curriculum development, and media production, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and future-focused learning experiences. Working collaboratively with the Dean of Academic Innovation and institutional stakeholders, the Associate Dean drives academic transformation through evidence-based practices, educational research, and emerging technologies. The position plays a critical role in shaping course and program design, advancing digital learning strategies, and supporting the successful launch and sustainability of academic offerings that serve today's diverse learners.
