We are seeking a full-time (40 hours/week) LPN Clinical Lead to support our multispecialty practice, Monday through Friday from 8:30am-5:00pm. This individual will serve as the leader of the clinical support staff, overseeing approximately 30-35 direct reports, including all Medical Assistants and Licensed Practical Nurses within the practice. The LPN Clinical Lead will collaborate closely with the front-end lead to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations across the site.
The ideal candidate will bring prior supervisory or leadership experience and demonstrate a collaborative leadership style. We are looking for someone who can contribute fresh ideas and new perspectives to support workflow improvements and team development. In addition to managing direct reports, key responsibilities include ordering clinical supplies, overseeing clinical scheduling, monitoring staff training and competencies, and supporting overall clinical operations to maintain high standards of patient care and service excellence. Responsible for managing the daily operations of a unit or department including scheduling, managing staff shifts, assigning nursing staff to patients, monitoring charts, coordinating treatment for patients with different physicians and medical providers, and ensuring each department runs smoothly. Does this position require Patient Care? Yes Essential Functions -Create patient reports and monitor the status of treatment. -Draft discharge papers for patients. -Review patient charts. -Oversee staff scheduling and assignments. -Coordinate treatment for patients from multiple health care providers. -Communicate medical updates and treatment plans with patients and family.
