Acara Solutions seeks highly qualified candidates to work onsite with our client in Grand Prairie, TX. Interested?

Here's what you'd do:

  • Assemble steel enclosures made of steel, fiberglass, and copper components
  • Operate hand tools, air-driven tools, and power tools safely and efficiently
  • Read and interpret mechanical drawings (blueprints) to ensure accurate assembly
  • Use measuring tape and other tools to verify precise dimensions

Here's what you'll get:

Pay: $ 22.50 / HR

Hours: 40 hours /week (7:00am-3:30pm)

Length: Temp to Direct (4 month)

Job Requirements

Required skills:

  • High school Diploma or GED
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in hand tools, air-driven tools, and power tools in a manufacturing or assembly environment.

Preferred skills:

  • Ability to work with hand tools (such as open wrenches, sockets, screw drivers, hammer, torque wrench) air driven tools (such as screw drivers, sockets, nailers) and power tools (such as drill machines, shear machines, band saw, etc) to assemble steel enclosures consisting of steel, fiberglass and copper parts.
  • Ability to read mechanical drawings (blueprints) to assemble product.
  • Ability to use and read a measuring tape with accuracy.
  • Ability to communication fluently in English

Additional Information:

  • Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen.
  • In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification form upon hire.
  • Ability to lift 35# on a consistent basis.
