Allegheny Science & Technology (AST) is seeking a Office Manager to support our Department of Energy (DOE) customer in Idaho Falls, Idaho!

Duties & Responsibilities:



  • Manage and coordinate the administrative operations of an office or organizational unit.
  • Oversee administrative staff (if applicable).
  • Manage office budgets and supplies.
  • Supervise maintenance and equipment.
  • Develop and implement office procedures.
  • Ensure efficient workflow.
  • Manage records and information systems.
  • Serve as primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on administrative matters.
  • May also assist with HR-related administrative tasks, travel coordination, and special projects.


Required Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in a related field and minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience; additional experience can be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of office management principles, practices, and procedures including budget monitoring, procurement, and vendor management.
  • Strong abilities in organization, planning, and problem-solving, with the capacity to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.


Other Qualifications:



  • U.S. Citizenship is required.
