Description Customer Xperience Coordinator is responsible for creating a welcoming, professional atmosphere for lobby customers by ensuring customers are quickly referred to the appropriate personnel for current or new services and fostering an active, engaged experience between customers and bankers. The position will also assist branch production staff performing a variety of services for our branch production staff and customers.
