Role Overview


The Commercial Analyst - Americas plays a critical role in driving profitable growth by providing insight, transparency, and actionable analysis across the commercial organization. This role owns the analysis and reporting of the commercial pipeline, and business risks, wins and losses, while partnering closely with Transformation Office and Chief Commercial officer- Americas

Key Responsibilities



  • Track, analyze, and report on wins and losses, identifying trends, root causes, and improvement opportunities
  • Own end-to-end reporting and analysis of the commercial pipeline, including yield, velocity, conversion rates, and key business risks identified by comm exc team / EVPs
  • Develop clear, executive-ready, reports, and presentations to support commercial decision-making
  • Proactively identify business improvement opportunities and recommend actionable solutions
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Pricing, Finance, and Commercial Excellence teams to drive impact
  • Continuously improve analytical tools, processes, and data quality within Salesforce and Power BI environments
  • Other duties as assigned by Chief Commercial Officer - Americas


Requirements & Qualifications



  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial and commercial analysis, preferably in a B2B environment
  • Strong understanding of P&L dynamics and commercial drivers of profitability
  • Advanced Excel skills and strong PowerPoint capabilities (executive-level storytelling)
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce and Power BI
  • CPA and/or MBA or BBA preferred
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong attention to detail
  • Highly proactive, with a "can-do" attitude and willingness to go the extra mile
  • Strong team player with excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable business insights
