Job Summary Assesses overall system effectiveness and helps drive improvements that support mission and organizational objectives. This role advises internal teams and external partners on applying learning and performance principles in practical, operational settings. The position manages and monitors research and practice efforts in coordination with analysts to ensure initiatives reflect current best practices in adult learning and organizational performance. Through observation of training events and field activities, the Integrator evaluates program impact and delivers targeted recommendations and educational solutions to strengthen performance outcomes. Role and Responsibilities
  • Identify measures or indicators of system performance and the actions needed to improve or correct performance relative to the system goals, using principles and methods for Systems Evaluation.
  • Provide consultation to research teams, practice teams, and outside organizations regarding best practices and translation of learning and performance theory into practical application.
  • Conduct, track, and coordinate research and practice projects. Work closely with research analysts to ensure effective resourcing and reporting of findings so that practice teams are current with the latest literature, findings, and/or best practices regarding adult education and organizational performance.
  • Conduct program evaluations by attending and observing instruction exercises and field operations. Develop, advise, and/or deliver (written or verbal) tailored educational programs to improve adult education and/or organizational performance.
  • Create and present VIP briefings as directed
  • Comply with company standard operating policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications and Education
  • Associates degree or higher from an accredited college, (Administration, Computer Science, Statistics, and/or Social Science background preferred).
  • Minimum of one (1) years' professional experience managing a database using Microsoft Access or Excel.
Preferred Qualifications and Education
  • Master's degree in education or social sciences (e.g., i/o Psychology) with a strong background in adult learning, organizational performance, training, and education theory.
  • Professional experience in curriculum and/or training design; derived from previously held job or graduate assistant position
Work authorization/security clearance requirements
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a secret clearance.
Physical Demands/Work Environment
  • Occasionally lift or move objects of light to medium weight (up to 25 pounds).
  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position up to 90% of the time.
  • Constantly operates a computer and/or other types of office technology.
  • Travel: 0-15%
