This role advises internal teams and external partners on applying learning and performance principles in practical, operational settings. The position manages and monitors research and practice efforts in coordination with analysts to ensure initiatives reflect current best practices in adult learning and organizational performance. Through observation of training events and field activities, the Integrator evaluates program impact and delivers targeted recommendations and educational solutions to strengthen performance outcomes.
