Summary
* Develops and implements plans of care for specific patient populations. -Coordinates and collaborates with multi-disciplinary team members to facilitate integrated and comprehensive care. - Provides support to healthcare professionals and patients in relation to dysrhythmias, implanted devices and invasive procedures. -Responsible for monitoring rhythm and documenting the device settings, and the rhythm response to the therapy, this includes but not limited to interrogating and making adjustments to the device per the physician's orders.
