Responsibilities We are seeking an experienced Senior Systems Administrator - Backup & Disaster Recovery to design, operate, and continuously enhance the organization's data protection, backup, and disaster recovery capabilities. This role ensures that critical systems and data can be restored quickly, securely, and reliably in the event of system failures, cyber incidents, or largescale disasters. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in enterprise backup platforms, storage technologies, and resiliency engineering. Key Responsibilities Backup & Recovery Engineering
Lead enterprise backup and disaster recovery operations, ensuring data protection, recoverability, and business continuity across servers, applications, databases, and networked systems.

Target Salary Range $112,000 - $179,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
