Project Manager (Licensed Preferred) We are seeking a Project Manager to lead and oversee projects with a focus on collaboration, accountability, and excellence. This role is critical in ensuring that all team members understand their responsibilities, feel empowered and supported, and work cohesively to achieve project goals. The Project Manager will manage a variety of projects, with responsibilities tailored to the client, project size, and scope. We strongly prefer candidates who hold a Professional Engineer (PE) or Registered Architect (RA) license or are actively pursuing licensure. Key Responsibilities
  • Lead project planning, execution, and delivery to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Foster a collaborative team environment where roles and responsibilities are clearly defined and executed.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders to align expectations and resolve issues.
  • Oversee project activities such as scheduling, resource allocation, quality control, and risk management.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable codes, laws, and regulations.
  • Anticipate and address potential challenges, including scope changes, to maintain project momentum.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from an accredited university is required. Degrees in Architecture or Construction Management may be considered if accompanied by a valid PE or RA license.
  • Licensure:
    • Active Professional Engineer (PE) or Registered Architect (RA) license is strongly preferred.
    • Candidates actively pursuing licensure will also be considered.
  • Certifications:
    • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred but not required.
    • Additional certifications (e.g., CCM or DOT Certification of Qualification) may be required depending on project type.
  • Experience:
    • 5+ years of progressive project management experience, including scheduling, ordering, quality control, and production.
    • Demonstrated ability to supervise teams and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Technical Knowledge:
    • Applied knowledge of architectural, construction, and engineering concepts.
    • Familiarity with relevant codes, laws, and regulations.
