Job Description

Visa Global Sourcing is seeking a Senior Sourcing Manager to support the Corporate Real Estate (CRE) category. This role has global reach and high impact, with responsibility for delivering critical, enterprise-level initiatives across Corporate Services.

The preferred candidate will demonstrate deep knowledge of leading practices in corporate services delivery, including supplier and vendor management, operational excellence, and cost optimization.

Stakeholder Engagement & Execution

  • Engage with stakeholders through clear, timely, and thoughtful communication, demonstrating strong listening skills and appreciation for diverse viewpoints.
  • Build relationships with global senior leaders and influence sourcing and category strategies.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (Legal, Risk, Data Privacy, Cybersecurity, Finance) to ensure alignment and compliance.
  • Communicate sourcing progress, risks, and outcomes clearly to executive stakeholders.
  • Serve as a trusted procurement advisor, working with the business to design, implement, and scale best-in-class procurement, category management, and supplier management practices.

Governance, Process & Enablement

  • Uphold procurement governance and compliance standards, addressing sourcing-related issues through structured resolution and remediation approaches.
  • Ensure data accuracy and operational transparency by maintaining comprehensive documentation.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows.
  • Actively support planning, implementation, and change management efforts tied to process optimization across Global Strategic Sourcing.
  • Deliver ongoing guidance and training to internal teams and suppliers on procurement tools, policies, and processes.

Performance & Reporting

  • Deliver against annual cost savings targets and track realized savings.
  • Maintain a prioritized pipeline of sourcing initiatives aligned to Corporate Real Estate and Finance priorities.
  • Provide regular reporting and updates to business partners and leadership.

This is a hybrid position.Expectationofdays intheoffice will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • 8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 9 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or 7 or more relevant years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 3 or more years of experience with a PhD
  • 4+ years of sourcing and/or procurement experience, preferably within Corporate Real Estate, facilities, construction, physical security, or related services
  • Proven ability to design and deliver category-level sourcing strategies, translating business needs into executable procurement plans
  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and negotiate complex commercial agreements using data-driven analysis
  • Strong supplier management and stakeholder partnership skills
  • Demonstrated success operating in fast-paced, rapidly evolving organizations
  • Working knowledge of global markets, including hands-on experience managing cross-border sourcing activities
  • Familiarity with procurement technologies, ERP systems, and Source-to-Pay tools
  • Strong data analysis skills using tools such as Excel or Power BI
  • Six Sigma Certification
Additional Information

Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.

Travel Requirements: This position requires travel5-10% of the time.

Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for this position is 134,800.00 to 216,100.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
