Our high-volume Urology practice is seeking a personable, dedicated, and highly organizedPatient Services Representative to join our front desk team. This is a patient-facing positionsupporting a large, fast-paced specialty practice with 20+ providers.You'll be part of a collaborative, mission-driven team providing high-quality care to our community. In this role, your work directly supports our providers and ensures patients feel respected, supported, and cared for from the moment they walk in.

  • Monday-Friday 8:15AM-4:45PM
  • Consistent scheduling with no weekends!
  • Fully onsite in South Portland, ME

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

  1. Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
  2. License/Certifications: N/A
  3. Experience: Previous office experience with medical office experience preferred.
  4. Additional Skills/Requirements Required: N/A
  5. Additional Skills/Requirements Preferred: Proficient computer skills.
