Responsibilities
We are seeking a seasoned and strategic Senior Director of Human Resources to lead our HR function and drive initiatives that align with the organization's long-term business objectives. This executive-level role requires a dynamic leader who combines strategic vision with operational expertise and a hands-on approach to execution. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience across the full spectrum of human resources management, including employee relations, total rewards, compliance, performance management, talent acquisition, organizational development, and HR analytics. #LI-EN1 Compensation Statement At Sabre Systems, LLC, compensation is based on factors such as location, qualifications, experience, and contract-specific requirements; however, final compensation will be determined by individual qualifications and applicable contract terms.
