Hourly Pay Range:

$28.43 - $44.07 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

  • Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-430pm [hours and flexible work schedules)

  • Travel between Endeavor Health locations as needed

A Brief Overview:
The IT Applications Training and Support Specialist I at Endeavor Health is an entry-level role responsible for delivering and supporting training solutions on EMR and other technology platforms. This position focuses on learning core systems, providing end-user support, and delivering established training programs under guidance. Training delivery methods include classroom instruction, web-based learning, one-on-one coaching, and creating training documents/tools. The Specialist I acts as a liaison between IT, Operations, and end-users to promote adoption, improve workflows, and ensure smooth daily operations.

What you will do:

  • Assists with designing, developing, and maintaining training strategies, class curricula, and support documentation.
  • Supports small projects as assigned.
  • Assists with testing and troubleshooting of EMR and technology systems.
  • Remains updated and learns new technologies and methods for training delivery.
  • Supports and delivers training onsite and virtually (one-to-one, classroom, and group settings) with oversight.

What you will need:

* Associate's Degree or equivalent work experience

* 1+ years in healthcare or relevant industry.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; ability to learn new applications.

* Foundational instructional and facilitation skills.

* Customer service orientation and ability to build rapport with end-users.

* Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment

* Curiosity and problem-solving with guidance.
