About The Opportunity:

We are seeking a Director, Revenue Operations & Analytics, supporting a fast-growing global sales organization serving the AI market. The position reports to the Senior Director of Operations and Strategy.

As Director of Revenue Operations & Analytics, you will own the processes, data, and insights that power revenue growth. You will partner closely with sales leadership and executives to establish best-in-class pipeline management, forecasting, and performance practices, while building a deep, practical understanding of the business. Your scope encompasses data integrity, revenue forecasting, sales compensation, process optimization, and strategic planning, with a clear mandate to surface growth opportunities, identify risks early, and inform decisions that drive predictable, sustainable revenue.

This is a senior, highly visible role requiring comfort and credibility with VP- and C-level stakeholders across a complex, global organization. You will be expected to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution. The Day to Day:

  • Establish and enforce Sales "Rules of the Road" as it relates to CRM management (Salesforce), processes, and related policies.

  • Ensure our CRM is optimized for ease of use and relevance to the unique attributes of the Model Training business

  • Develop a regular reporting cadence to help the Leadership Team understand opportunities for growth and data needed to drive the business, including forecasting, sales cycles, and individual team member performance.

  • Collaborate with leadership to prepare for and drive insights concerning monthly and quarterly business reviews

  • Act as a partner to sales for questions on how to capture revenue opportunities amidst a very dynamic and fast-evolving sales pipeline

  • Work closely with leadership and finance to formulate and track variable compensation plans

  • Support the administration of variable compensation plans and validate payout amounts and compensation entitlements

  • Support revenue reporting for third-party content partners via clear reporting that details the portion of deals comprised of third-party content

  • Lead the design and implementation of robust analytics frameworks to measure and evaluate commercial performance.

  • Utilize data-driven insights to identify areas for improvement, cost optimization, and revenue enhancement.

  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop dashboards to monitor and communicate business performance.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to implement process improvements and drive automation where applicable.

  • Ensure alignment between commercial strategies and operational capabilities.

  • Collaborate closely with executives, department heads, and other key stakeholders to align commercial strategies with overall business goals.

  • Build strong cross-functional relationships to facilitate effective collaboration.

What You'll Bring to the Role

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or a related field; MBA preferred.

  • 7-12 years with proven experience in revenue operations and analytics

  • Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to translate data into actionable insights.

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.

  • Strategic mindset with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.

  • Advanced Excel required

  • Intermediate Salesforce analytics / reporting required

  • Intermediate SQL Knowledge preferred

  • High attention to detail with excellent judgment and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to configure and analyze complex data sets and provide appropriate recommendations to management teams

  • Ability to prioritize and structure workstreams for yourself and a team in a fast-paced environment
