Job Description What is the opportunity? RBC Capital Markets is a global investment bank providing services in banking, finance, and capital markets to corporations, institutional investors, asset managers, and governments globally. Our Equity-Linked Capital Markets Origination team structures and executes innovative equity-linked solutions, including convertible bonds, equity derivatives, and other hybrid securities, to meet clients' complex financing and strategic needs. We are seeking a highly motivated Investment Banking Analyst to join our Equity-Linked Capital Markets Origination team. This role offers unparalleled exposure to structuring and executing equity-linked transactions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and engaging directly with clients. The candidate will develop expertise in financial modeling, transaction execution, and market analysis while contributing to RBC's leadership in the equity-linked space. What will you do?

The expected salary range for this particular position is $110,000 - $135,000, depending on your experience, skills, and registration status, market conditions and business needs. You have the potential to earn more through RBC's discretionary variable compensation program which gives you an opportunity to increase your total compensation, provided the business meets its performance targets and you meet your individual goals.
