ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking a driven, relationship-focused Recruiter to support our Precision team, specializing in Advanced Manufacturing, Engineering, Skilled Trades, Accounting, and Finance. This role is ideal for someone who wants to build consultative recruiting skills while partnering directly with hiring managers and clients in specialized, skill-driven markets. WHAT YOU'LL DO Pipeline & Market Development * Build proactive pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill roles * Leverage LinkedIn, job boards, networking, referrals, and Boolean sourcing techniques * Stay informed on market trends, pay rates, and talent availability within assigned verticals Candidate Screening & Management * Conduct structured phone and video interviews to assess skills, experience, motivation, and compensation alignment * Prepare candidates for interviews and manage expectations throughout the hiring process * Negotiate compensation and availability with confidence and professionalism Relationship Building * Develop long-term relationships with candidates across skilled trades, engineering, and professional verticals * Maintain consistent communication and follow-up to ensure strong candidate experience * Represent the Equiliem brand with integrity and professionalism Operational Excellence * Maintain accurate ATS documentation and recruiting activity tracking * Hit weekly activity and submission goals * Contribute to continuous improvement of recruiting strategies and team processes WHAT YOU BRING * 2+years of experience in recruiting, staffing, sales, or customer-facing roles * Strong interest in technical, manufacturing, engineering, or finance talent markets * Coachable mindset and willingness to follow a structured recruiting process * Strong communication skills and comfort making outbound calls daily * Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities * Competitive, goal-oriented mindset * Bachelor's degree preferred but not required YOUR BUSINESS IMPACT Talent Delivery: You play a critical role in fulfilling client requisitions quickly and accurately, ensuring continuity of care and client satisfaction Client Retention: Your ability to consistently deliver top healthcare professionals strengthens client partnerships and increases repeat business Revenue Growth: Each successful placement contributes to overall revenue and gross profit-your recruiting efforts directly impact our bottom line Brand Reputation: As a candidate-facing representative of Equiliem, your professionalism, responsiveness, and relationship-building skills enhance our employer and client brand in the healthcare staffing market Strategic Collaboration: By working closely with Account Managers and understanding client needs, you help align recruiting priorities with business objectives, resulting in more efficient and successful outcomes COMPENSATION, BENEFITS & WORK DETAILS Salary: $50K-$60K Role Classification: Exempt Incentives: Monthly recruiting commission Benefits Package Includes: Medical/dental, 3 weeks PTO, 401(k), 7 paid holidays Work Location: Hybrid (1-2 days a week) | East Brunswick, NJ #ZR | |
