As a Senior Product Manager, you will define strategy and partner closely across engineering, applied science, design, product, marketing, and service operations to deliver breakthrough AI capabilities that transform the lives of hundreds of millions of users around the world. In this role, you will be accountable not only for product vision and delivery, but also for service health, reliability, and operational readiness. You will help shape how Copilot capabilities are built, launched, monitored, and operated-ensuring high availability, strong SLAs, and rapid response to service issues. This includes partnering with Live Site, SRE, and engineering teams to drive improvements in resilience, incident management, telemetry, and customer impact reduction. You will help foster a culture of experimentation, inclusion, and excellence. While this is not a peoplemanagement position, it is a role of deep product and thought leadership. You will set the standard for what great AIforward product management looks like-balancing strategic vision with handson execution, longterm thinking with rapid iteration, and innovation with operational rigor. Product Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $158,400 - $258,000 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
