Overview
The Commercial Products & Infrastructure (CPI) orgis responsible forenabling business decisions to drive revenue, shape capex investments, manage cloud & AI capacity, deliver margin excellence, and ensure ongoing resource allocation aligned to strategic engineering priorities. Within CPI, the Resource Investment Strategy finance team is an exciting and fast-evolving team that partners deeply with engineering leaders to ensure $30B+ resources across ~100K engineering full time equivalent (FTE)are continuously aligned to strategic engineering priorities. We areseekingahighly motivated Finance Managerto join the Resource Investment Strategy Finance team, partnering closely with key Engineering leaders. This role spans financial modeling, business analysis, and resource decision support, with a strong focus on enabling effective investment and workforce allocation decisions whilemaintainingefficient and compliant financial processes. The ideal candidate is aproactive and agile systems thinkerwith strongintellectual curiosityand the ability tonavigate ambiguity and complexity. You bring structured problem solving, sound judgment, and a learning mindset to evolving business questions, translating complex data into clear, actionable insights. Success in this role requires building trust through thoughtful analysis, effective communication, and strongcrossfunctionalpartnership, enabling you to serve as atrusted finance partner to Engineering leaders. Financial Analysis IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $76,800 - $151,900 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $100,800 - $168,000 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
