  • HR operations support
    • HR contact center support for Client employees.
    • Handling calls, tickets, online transactions, contractor onboarding/offboarding in a high-volume environment.
  • Compliance
    • Employment eligibility verification.
    • Contingent workforce supplier status.
    • HR policy compliance.
  • Records Maintenance/Reporting
    • Enters and maintains employee and organizational records.
  • Process Improvement
    • Suggest and implement process improvements to increase efficiency.
Top Things/Skill Sets Looking for in a Candidate:
  • SAP Experience, HR experience, Customer Service experience, Basic Office Application experience.
Requirements
  • Required
    • 3 years of HR support experience.
    • Detail orientation to evaluate tickets, online transactions, and phone requests.
    • Experience with a variety of computer systems.
    • Excellent customer service skills.
    • Efficiency to work in high volume environment with detailed work requiring a high level of accuracy.
    • Experience of working with highly confidential employee data.
