*This position supports all of Business Center 5 (West Region) and requires regular travel throughout the region*

Position Description:

Lead and manage SourceBlue operational activities to support supply chain processes, risk management, and team growth and development. Implement short and long-term operational goals within designated geographic locations in alignment with broader SourceBlue organization.

Essential Duties & Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage execution for SourceBlue supply chain operations. Engage with and influence geographic locations and external clients to utilize SourceBlue services for operational benefit.
  • Build and maintain trusted partnerships to promote "One Turner" philosophy internally and with external clients to advocate and advance SourceBlue participation in projects.
  • Build and maintain partnerships and communications with SourceBlue Supply Chain experts to promote and support national vendor engagements, relationships, and strategy.
  • Facilitate information sharing and serve as primary contact for SourceBlue teams to manage and execute delivery of services, staff resource allocation, and guide and direct expectations amongst office locations.
  • Establish and implement standards for operational performance, work with peers to define companywide standards for tools and performance.
  • Develop Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for executional success for SourceBlue and strategy to achieve goals; report plans to SourceBlue and Turner management for input and adjustments.
  • Facilitate communication flow to share relevant and critical information with business center stakeholders and other key partners, including escalation to SourceBlue Operations management as appropriate.
  • Lead, train, and develop regional SourceBlue staff, including providing and supporting operational trainings and participation in career growth conversations.
  • Participate in staffing meetings and work in collaboration with SourceBlue management teams and local Human Resources to identify qualified staff for SourceBlue assignments.
  • Manage to company compliance, risk, and financial reporting policies and practices to identify, report, and mitigate risks and financial impacts to SourceBlue or Turner.
  • Lead collaboration with SourceBlue headquarters' central processes to align and improve operational efficiencies across Turner geographic locations.
  • Lead and promote company compliance policy and safety requirements across business operations and with external stakeholders.
  • Support SourceBlue teams to meet work-in-place, budget, earnings, and operational goals.
  • Support execution of new product offerings for SourceBlue, conduct research to vet needs in executing new offering, and present options to SourceBlue management for further research and product implementation.
  • Manage employees, participate in hiring process, onboard new hires, deliver timely performance feedback for direct reports, contribute to performance appraisals during annual performance cycle, utilize talent management systems, and identify appropriate training to help with development needs.
  • Other activities, duties, and responsibilities as assigned.

The salary range for this position is estimated to be 170,000.00 - 230,000.00 USD annualized.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree from accredited degree program, and minimum of 12 years of commercial construction experience and minimum of 5 years of vendor management (e.g., relationship and issue management), or equivalent combination of education, training and experience
  • Extensive knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP)
  • Thorough understanding of commercial construction industry and markets, including knowledge of owners, developers, architects, and key supply chain vendors
  • Broad range of contacts in construction and supply chain industries
  • Technical expertise and knowledge to differentiate services and develop value proposition to execute business
  • Ability to develop strategy and establish and execute a course or plan
  • Apply critical business thinking to strategic business planning, operations, and financial performance
  • Operate with urgency to bring items/issue to completion and ability to prioritize simultaneous complex and competing demands, requests, and short-cycle deadlines for self and team
  • Senior level presence, with executive level presentation delivery skills, and professional written and verbal communication
  • Interpersonal relationship building skills, ability to engage and secure partnerships
  • Advanced negotiation skills with ability to influence and engage others at senior management levels
