A Day In The Life Under the direction of the Manager, Integrated Media, the Senior Media Analyst is responsible for keeping integrated media plans in motion and operational execution in collaboration with agency teams and internal stakeholders while contributing to strategic planning, performance optimization, and cross-tier collaboration. This role is responsible for ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery across media planning, agency outputs, financial processes, and measurement. The Media Analyst plays a critical role in media co-op and financial support, stewardship of media buys, and delivery of clear, accurate reporting that enables data-driven decision-making, accountability, and continuous improvement across New Car, Fixed Ops, and GST objectives. As a Sr Analyst, Integr Media you will:
- Support media planning and strategy across Search, Social, Display, Video (Linear & CTV/OTT).
- Own the review, proofing, and coordination of agency deliverables, including flowcharts, buy summaries, and media packages across multiple DMAs.
- Maintain and track media plans, budgets, revisions, pacing, and delivery, ensuring accuracy, clear documentation, and timely communication.
- Support day-to-day execution of GST marketing campaigns, including media and audience activation, KPI tracking, and tactical optimization support.
- Monitor campaign performance and budget pacing across channels, flagging risks, opportunities, and optimization insights.
- Assist with media billing operations, including PO tracking, invoice review, reconciliation support, and maintaining accurate documentation across agency and media partners.
- Support media co-op processes, including forecasting, submission, and verification.
- Support and collaborate cross-functionally with Creative, Analytics, Media Agency Team, Media Partners, and TMNA partners to support integrated media execution, serving as a central point for scheduling, documentation, and information sharing.
- Support Field Teams and Marketing Advisors by supporting media-related deliverables, insights, and requests.
- Assist with media performance reporting, including DMA reporting, delivery and KPI summaries, and competitive insights. Support broader media analytics initiatives, including measurement frameworks and econometrics inputs.
- Support ad verification and media audits (IAS and Ebiquity across DMA and Digital), reviewing outputs, documenting findings, and assisting with follow-up actions.
- Support Parts & Services (P&S) / Fixed Ops media strategy and execution.
- Assist with tracking and reporting tied to dealer visits, repair orders, and service KPIs, helping translate performance insights into actionable summaries.
- Partner with the Media Manager to identify and support new opportunities for integrated media growth.
- Build hands-on expertise across media platforms, analytics, financial processes, and reporting to support career growth within GST's media organization.
- Support Media Manager as back-up for campaign approvals and other duties as needed.
What We Need From You
- Bachelor's Degree Pref
- 4-6 years Experience in advertising, marketing, or automotive field or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Required
