We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Program Manager to join our Program Management Office and help drive the successful delivery of a groundbreaking, enterprise-level Global Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS). This role offers the opportunity to lead a oneofakind global initiative that impacts lab operations across our worldwide network.

As a Senior Program Manager, you will oversee complex, multidimensional technical programs and projects with numerous stakeholders and long-term execution horizons. You will be responsible for ensuring on-time, high-quality delivery across up to 14 cross-functional technical teams, coordinating efforts that span multiple global lab locations.

In this role, you will...

  • Lead and manage large-scale technical programs and projects within the Clouded Leopard portfolio.
  • Coordinate, track, and report on technical deliverables across diverse engineering and business teams.
  • Develop and maintain program plans, schedules, and milestones to ensure timely execution.
  • Forecast and manage program financials, including budget planning and ongoing cost tracking.
  • Collaborate with global stakeholders to align priorities, resolve risks, and drive decisions.
  • Translate complex technical information into clear, concise updates for leadership and executive audiences.
  • Foster strong communication and partnership across all participating teams and locations.

What you will need to succeed...

  • 7 to 10 years of proven experience leading enterpriselevel, multiteam initiatives with significant technical complexity
  • Experience in Software Development Management and/or Technical Program Management required
  • Prior experience with LIMS/Lab information management system rollouts is a plus but not required.
  • Ability to operate effectively at both program and project levels with strong planning and organizational skills
  • Skilled stakeholder manager with the ability to communicate clearly across technical and nontechnical audiences
  • Demonstrated success guiding large, crossfunctional, multidimensional technology programs
  • Strong business acumen, strategic mindset, and solid understanding of SDLC methodologies
  • Effective leader with experience coaching, developing, and managing teams
  • Excellent collaboration, relationshipbuilding, and communication (verbal and written) skills
  • Strong analytical, reasoning, and problemsolving abilities
  • Comfortable working in a fastpaced, global, highvisibility environment
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and general PC tools
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
