Overview
Colliers Engineering & Design is currently looking for a Senior Marketing Specialist to join us in our Philadelphia, PA or Lehigh Valley, PA office! The Senior Marketing Specialist plays a key role in leading complex, high-value proposals and strategic marketing initiatives across multiple offices and service lines in support of the firm's marketing and business development goals. Partnering closely with technical staff, business development, and marketing leadership, this role drives the development of strategic, high-quality proposals, presentations, and client-focused materials that reflect the firm's brand and expertise. In addition to managing pursuit efforts, the Senior Marketing Specialist contributes to regional and national marketing initiatives, helping to enhance tools, templates, and processes that improve quality and efficiency, and manages special projects. As a senior member of the regional marketing team, this individual provides guidance and mentorship to peers and junior staff, sharing best practices and fostering collaboration in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
