Aon Global Risk Consulting has an exciting career opportunity for an experienced Senior Technical Project Delivery Consultant with focus on an enterprise-wide management system integration project that our client is undergoing. This role will be outsourced to a large manufacturing client located in Plano TX with an onsite presence as required.

Position Summary:

The Senior Technical Project Delivery Consultant provides technical and project delivery support for Aon's client in their Corporate Insurance and Risk Management (CIRM) team for designated IT projects.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the Implementation and ongoing support of the Riskonnect platform to centralize, streamline and automate processes associated with document management, claims/incident management, eBilling, accounting and automated allocation of insurance policy premiums.
  • Supervise the Implementation and ongoing support of the Riskonnect Request Center Portal. The portal facilitates users entering requests and the CIRM workflows to support the completion of requests for New Autos, Certificate of Insurance, Bonds, New Locations, Driving / Non-Driving Events, Bundles, Proof of Insurance Auto, and Contract Reviews / Risk Assessments.
  • Partner with CIRM leadership to facilitate Roadmap and Scope in support of CIRM priorities.
  • Control scope by understanding SOW and all change orders to identify "scope creep" early and retain integrity of requirements.
  • Manage and facilitate business requirements sessions and manage scope through implementation ensuring the solution meets the actual business needs.
  • Maintain continuity between technical and business teams preventing miscommunication and unrealistic expectations.
  • Retain critical project history (i.e., what was decided, why it was decided, and what was delivered).
  • Ensure follow-through and tracking of all tasks, issues, action items for cohesiveness and owner accountability.
  • Ensure technical understanding of system functionality in order to validate the feasibility of proposed changes while balancing existing features with new requirements.
  • Facilitate realistic timelines by understanding dependencies and identifying schedule risks early to avoid issues.
  • Manage all vendor activities, including scope, Project Change Orders, Professional Services (Consultant) hours.
  • Facilitate System Integrations with Vendors, TPAs, and internal systems. (Including, but not limited to: Tokio Marine, Mitsui, Sedgewick, CCPA, Cority, Serenity, SAP, GAC, Workday, Vehicle Services).
  • Ensure the client's Security and Cybersecurity assessments are complete.
  • Reduce operational risk by ensuring testing, documentation, and rollout readiness.
  • Facilitate User Acceptance Testing for all functionalities.
  • Facilitate Production Release planning for smooth transition to production for all approved functionalities.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve Production Issues.
  • Establish trust with key stakeholders.
  • Ensure all key decision-makers are aligned, reducing conflicting direction.
  • Drive accountability diplomatically, keeping momentum without damaging relationships.
  • Naturally support organizational change and improve overall adoption through trust, communication, and ensuring team's ongoing understanding.

Pay transparency laws:

The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $73,500 to $120,000 USD annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location.
