Overview We are seeking a Title Specialist to support high-volume vehicle title processing and resolution efforts. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and prior experience handling title-related issues within the automotive industry. Key Responsibilities * Manage incoming title issues via email, text, and phone, ensuring timely and thorough responses. * Take full ownership of title issues from start to resolution or escalate to the appropriate team when needed. * Process vehicle titles across multiple states, ensuring accuracy and marketability. * Receive packages from UPS, FedEx, and USPS. * Distribute incoming titles to the correct department. * Review and verify title documents. * Create documentation needed for title marketability. * Sort titles by VIN and route them to the correct buyer. * Upload verified titles into the internal system. Top Skills & Qualifications * 1+ years of experience in vehicle title processing and resolving title issues. * Proven ability to manage title workloads with accuracy and attention to detail. * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Experience contacting agencies, customers, or lienholders to resolve title discrepancies. * Experience in automotive-related customer service roles. * Experience sending titles to buying dealers. * Ability to troubleshoot and resolve end-user issues. Work Environment * Fully on-site role. * Parking/tram expenses apply ($80-$90/month). Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Kansas City, MO.
