Description Our client is hiring an IT support technician. This person will work onsite in Baltimore on a long term contract. This role requires drug test and medical screening. Generally Shift: Mon - Friday 8 - 5:30 oIncidents - Software break/fix oIMACs - Installation of software, machine upgrades, etc. oRefresh oSupport peripherals for scanning paper and ID cards, barcode scanners, credit card readers, label printers, signature pads, Dragon dictation microphones, and RFID readers oBasic experience a with Active Directory oExperience with Windows 10 and Microsoft Office oExperience with Deskside support in a hospital environment a plus oExperience with ServiceNow- PREFERRED NOT REQUIRED oExperience with LogMeIn oTicketing System is ServiceNow oTech walk-up bar at staffed locations Additional Skills & Qualifications Resource must have Windows 10 experience Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Rosedale, MD.
