The Supply Chain Continuous Improvement Analyst plays a critical role in driving operational excellence across the entire supply chain. This position is responsible for identifying performance gaps, leading improvement initiatives, and enabling datadriven decisionmaking to enhance cost efficiency, quality, delivery, and sustainability.

Through strong crossfunctional collaboration, this role helps streamline processes, strengthen supplier capabilities, reduce waste, and improve agility in a fastmoving manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate brings a continuous improvement mindset, strong analytical skills, and a passion for elevating supply chain performance.

This position is primarily onsite with the ability to work remotely one day per week. You may be required to work in anoisy or hot environment and around moving machinery.

How You Contribute:



  • Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives across sourcing, procurement, and logistics functions.
  • Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate on the development and implementation of supplier scorecards and improvement plans.
  • Facilitate root cause analysis and corrective actions for supply chain disruptions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline workflows and reduce lead times.
  • Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and other CI methodologies to drive operational excellence.
  • Benchmark industry best practices and recommend innovative sourcing strategies.
  • Support new product development with early supplier engagement and process readiness.
  • Support supplier performance monitoring and coordinate cross-functional improvement efforts to enhance quality, cost, and delivery outcomes.
  • Manage CI-related supply chain projects through all phases: concept, planning, execution, and validation.
  • Support strategic sourcing and value engineering initiatives to optimize total cost of ownership.


Criteria for Success:



  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in supply chain, sourcing, or operations with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Certification in Lean, Six Sigma, or similar CI methodologies preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or other data visualization tools.
  • Ability to read blueprints and understand manufacturing processes.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with ERP systems and supply chain planning tools.
