Hybrid Accounts Payable Representative Contract Length: 6 Months Pay Rate: $22.00-$24.00/hour Schedule: 1st 2 weeks onsite, then 3 days/week from home Industry: Manufacturing Overview We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Representative to support high?volume invoice processing in a fast?paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate can process 600-700 invoices per month, perform accurate 3?way matching, and work using SAP Responsibilities Process 600-700 invoices/month and accuracy. Perform 2-way and 3-way matching for PO and non?PO invoices Complete periodic account reconciliations and support month?end close. Maintain accuracy with inventory lot numbers and manufacturing cost data. Collaborate with supply chain, procurement, and operations teams to resolve discrepancies. Requirements 2 to 3+ years Accounts Payable experience. High?volume AP processing experience Manufacturing or inventory-driven environment. Microsoft Excel experience SAP A/P module experience. Working knowledge of inventory lot numbers. Estimated Min Rate: $22.00 Estimated Max Rate: $24.00 What's In It for You?
