SCOPE: March of Dimes is seeking a Temporary Recruiter to support full-cycle recruiting during a period of increased hiring activity. This role will partner closely with hiring managers and the Human Resources team to ensure an efficient, high-quality, and mission-aligned hiring process. The Temporary Recruiter will manage multiple open positions simultaneously, source qualified candidates, network, facilitate interviews, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle. The Temporary Recruiter will partner closely with hiring managers and the Human Resources team to ensure an equitable, efficient, and high-quality hiring process. This role requires a proactive sourcing mindset, strong relationship-building skills, and a demonstrated commitment to advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion through recruitment practices. *This is a part-time temporary position (28 hours per week) Monday-Thursday.
