Wellbeing Support Advisor The Wellbeing Support Advisor champion mental health in the workplace by providing direct support to employees, coordinating employee mental health wellness activities, and facilitating employee educational activities which promote whole person wellbeing. This role supports the overall mission of being a workplace of choice by supporting employees to be their best through education, support, and advancing a well culture. The Wellbeing Support Advisor directly cares for staff throughout the Endeavor Health System regarding stressors that impact their day-to-day work environment and life-work harmony; these stressors may include personal concerns among others. By supporting and improving the lives our team members, we in turn can provide better care for our patients and local communities. Position Highlights:

What you will do:
Assesses and provides individual or group support services to identified departments that present with job stress impacting individual or department functioning. Regularly rounds to staff on assigned areas of responsibility or where needed. Assesses and refers identified employees for health, personal, marital, family, financial, alcohol, drug, emotional, stress, and/or job-related problems, to appropriate resources. Provides support and education to leaders presenting with specific, individual employee problems or emotional support concerns within their departments. Supports the RISE team and provides crisis intervention to staff and critical incident debriefings in coordination with other stakeholder groups. Design and facilitate group wellbeing offerings or programs, to include virtual/and on-site interactive workshops and lunch & learn modules, educating team members with practical and enjoyable knowledge and skills to practice mental, physical, and emotional wellbeing. Educates leadership and staff regarding how to provide compassionate, trauma informed care and safely manage challenging behaviors. Collaborates with the Leadership Teams to identify educational needs of leadership and staff related to mental health, suicide prevention, and resiliency. Develops and provides education as needed. Assists in organizing and promoting team member wellness events and coordinates with the various wellness committees for wellness employee services and activities offered through our vendor partners. Compiles and reviews metrics of wellbeing programs and initiatives Collaborates with committees and groups that support team member wellbeing (such as Workplace Violence) to provide guidance and intervention. Collaborates with the Employee Assistance Program to conduct follow-up feedback sessions with Leadership/Administration at appropriate intervals. Coordinates with marketing regarding website resources for employees and the community to access support, mental health resources, and other services as appropriate. Supports and contributes to seeking out and applying to award recognition programs such as Bell Seal for Workplace Mental Health certification.
What you will need:
Education: Master's Degree in a recognized behavioral health field such a clinical social work/counseling Certification: Clinical Psychologist, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, or similar preferred. Additional health and wellness certificates or training experience preferred Experience: 3-5 years of experience in the development and facilitation of wellness programming, preferred. Unique or Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of developmental psychology, disease pathology and clinical needs of assigned population Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team and to effectively communicate with all levels within in the organization, including leadership Ability to be self-directed and work independently Ability to maintain high confidentiality at all times Ability to clearly summarize pertinent clinical information via written correspondence and appropriate documentation Ability to demonstrate self-control in volatile or hostile situations Ability to set therapeutic limits and maintain therapeutic distance; maintains therapeutic boundaries with all groups Excellent written and verbal skills Excellent facilitation and presentation skills Strong interpersonal skills that enable the ability to build partnerships with physicians, administrative leaders and external vendors; excellent executive presence Collaborative approach to completing work assignments and asking for assistance to accomplish priorities Ability to organize, multitask and quickly manage a large and diverse workload with changing deadlines and priorities Comfortable with shifting priorities based upon business need Strong critical thinker with exceptional attention to detail
