Job Description

Create process change by integrating new processes with existing ones and communicating changes to impacted organizations. Focus is on process analysis and re-engineering with an understanding of technical problems and solutions relating to current and future business environments.

What You Will Be Doing
  • Analyze, redesign, and implement business processes to improve efficiency and support organizational goals.
  • Integrate new processes with existing workflows and communicate changes to impacted teams.
  • Collaborate with the Card Pro organization to manage and maintain pricing structures for renewals and new deals.
  • Develop and update pricing sheets used in client contracts.
  • Conduct pricing analysis, including assessments of discount requests, compression requests, and deal updates.
  • Work closely with renewal teams to evaluate pricing impacts and ensure accurate pricing in contract documents.
  • Partner with finance teams to perform extensive numerical analysis related to pricing, cost impacts, and financial modeling.
  • Analyze business data, KPIs, labor metrics, and volume trends to support pricing decisions and operational insights.
  • Provide guidance and recommendations based on financial outcomes and process evaluation.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
What You Bring
  • Strong finance or accounting background with experience in numerical and financial analysis.
  • Demonstrated experience in pricing analysis, financial modeling, or related business analytics.
  • Ability to evaluate processes, identify improvements, and integrate new workflows.
  • Comfort working with KPIs, operational metrics, and large datasets.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams such as pricing, renewals, contracts, and finance.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and ability to interpret complex data.
  • Experience supporting pricingrelated processes within a corporate or financial services environment preferred.
