Overview
This is a hybrid role, with the expectation that time working will regularly take place inside and outside of a company office. First Citizens Bank offers an exciting summer internship program that provides development opportunities and hands on work experience while creating a talent pipeline for the Bank. Our interns will apply classroom knowledge in a corporate environment while making a positive impact across the organization and the communities we serve. Interning with First Citizens Bank Enterprise Reg E Operations will provide you with experience and a large amount of exposure to all areas in general Deposit & Payment Operations, as well as Reg E. As this team works to centralize department work, interns may support these efforts that may include widget work, final resolutions, creating a bot, job aids, project management, process and procedures in identifying gaps to mitigate risk and data analysis, audit reporting preparation, adding Key Indicators (KI), payment processing, clear, reasonable, and shared communications when approved by regulation. Specifically, this team ensures consumer disputes that fall under Reg E are resolved within regulatory time frames. In this role, an intern may be exposed to other areas, such as Reporting, Audit, Compliance, Risk, Automation teams, Fraud Prevention, other Operations areas. Responsibilities In this role, you will:
