Position Summary

The Business Operations Coordinator I plays a key role in supporting daily operational activities and driving efficiency across teams. This position ensures smooth execution of routine tasks, facilitates cross-functional communication, manages critical documentation, and contributes to process improvements that enhance organizational performance.


Duties And Responsibilities
  • Assist OTECH Leadership with routine and ad-hoc operational tasks.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and organize operational materials.
  • Collect and analyze data; prepare dashboards and reports.
  • Develop presentation materials for meetings and initiatives.
  • Facilitate timely and accurate communication across teams to ensure critical information is shared effectively.
  • Recommend process improvements and support continuous improvement efforts.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications
  • Associate degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3+ years in project coordination or similar roles, preferably supporting multiple initiatives.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams) and familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project).
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Reliable and detail-oriented with a proven track record of meeting deadlines.
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude; eager to learn, share knowledge, and take on increasing responsibilities.

Additional Information

This position is Hybrid - Remote and will require commuting to a designated office. Hybrid work schedules are determined by the hiring manager based on business need.

PAY, BENEFITS AND WORK SCHEDULE:

We offer a comprehensive and competitive benefits package. Employee benefits vary by role, however, may include Health and Wellness, Mental Health, Retirement Savings, Life and Disability, Paid Maternity and Parental Leave, Paid Time Off, Tuition Reimbursement, and an Employee Assistance Program. Annualized pay rate for this position is $53,975 to $73,025.
