Description Customer Service Representative - Financial Services Location: Remote (Service Center) Employment Type: Full-Time Industry: Financial Services About the Role Our Service Center is looking for motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives (CSRs). In this role, you will support clients and financial professionals with questions related to Group Retirement and Variable Life Insurance products-many influenced by financial market activity. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, learning new information, and working in a fast-paced, structured environment. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.50 - $18.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
