Description This role focuses on resolving billing issues, generating quotes, managing paymentmethod challenges, and ensuring orders move smoothly through production. Unlike prior governmentfocused roles, this position supports students, dentists, hygienists, and other nongovernment customers. Key Responsibilities Billing Support & Issue Resolution * Investigate and resolve billing questions, including charge discrepancies or potential overbilling. * Review customer accounts and determine next steps to maintain accurate records. * Create credits when appropriate based on account findings. Quote Generation & Documentation * Prepare and send approximately 5 customer quotes daily. * Provide clear documentation to support billing inquiries. Customer Outreach (Outbound Calls) * Make 5-10 outbound calls per day to address paymentmethod issues for orders in production. * Assist customers in updating or correcting payment methods to prevent delays. Order Setup & System Work * Set up new orders in the system with accuracy and attention to requirements. * Apply payments and coordinate with Accounting to keep accounts current. Required Skills Customer Service * Invoicing * Account reconciliation * Microsoft Office * Oracle (or similar ERP) Preferred Qualifications * Experience in billing, order processing, or customer account support * Strong attention to detail and problemsolving skills * Comfortable with highvolume administrative work * Clear and professional communication skills Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Madison, WI. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
