As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a healthcare location, you will walk and monitor assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help to deter security-related incidents, and support staff, patients, and visitors with courteous service. You will complete routine patrols, observe and report unusual activity, assist with access control and directions, and communicate clearly with the team. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, patients, visitors, and staff by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the healthcare location, including corridors, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter, helping to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious activity.
• Respond to incidents and urgent situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with de-escalation, directing foot traffic, and/or coordinating with site leadership and local responders as directed.
• Monitor access points and observe activity using rounds and/or available systems, report hazards or unusual conditions, and assist with maintaining orderly movement in public areas.
• Complete accurate incident reports, shift logs, and patrol documentation, and communicate timely updates to site contacts and Allied Universal supervision.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
