THE ROLE:

You will drive operational excellence by partnering closely with engineering and program leaders to plan and track budgets, headcount, systems, and resource allocations while building dashboards, automations, and repeatable processes across global teams. It requires strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills to consolidate data, generate reporting, support engineering operations, and deliver clear documentation, training materials, and executiveready presentations

  • Interpersonal and Collaborative skills: You are accustomed to working with dynamic, geographically distributed technical, agile teams, where partnership and collaboration are paramount.
  • Communication, Organization and Attention to Detail: You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong organization, and attention to detail.
  • Motivated and have strong work ethics, proven ability to take ownership of projects, proactively identifying needs, taking initiative to drive results with minimal supervision.
  • You have strong analytical and data management skills to focus on financial, headcount, and system planning, tracking, updating and analyzing financial information

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Work closely with Engineering and Program Managers and Directors to plan and track detailed operational and capital expenses and align budget, headcount and systems allocation
  • Support engineering management to consolidate their resource plans (people and materials), analyze data and generate charts and dashboards
  • Improve tracking, reporting, and forecasting by developing dashboards and automations
  • Collect, analyze, organize and publish data via dashboards and recurring status reports
  • Work hand in hand with engineering counter parts across global sites to develop and implement effective and repeatable operational processes, procedures and workflows
  • Develop documentation and training materials
  • Provide general operational support for the AIG ROCm Operations Team


REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel, using functions and formulas to analyze data
  • Visual Basic experience to help automate data processing and analysis
  • Strong data analysis and strong presentation skills to drive executive presentation content
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong interpersonal skills
  • Experience with data visualization concepts and setting up and using tools such as Power BI
  • Experience using AI Agents to optimize processes and workflows
  • Interpersonal and Collaborative skills, conflict management and stakeholder relationship management
  • Experience with Share Point, Confluence, Teams permission management

REFERRED EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION:

  • Min 5+ years business analysis or operational experience in matrix organization
  • Bachelor degreein Business / Finance or Engineering or equivalent strongly preferred
  • Agile or PMP Certification an asset
