Program Manager

THE ROLE:

You willdriveoperational excellence by partnering closely with engineering and program leaders to plan and track budgets, headcount, systems, and resource allocations while building dashboards, automations, and repeatable processes across global teams. It requires strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills toconsolidatedata, generate reporting, support engineering operations, and deliver clear documentation, training materials, andexecutivereadypresentations

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work closely with Engineeringand ProgramManagersandDirectors to plan and track detailedoperational and capital expensesand align budget,headcountand systemsallocation

• Support engineering managementtoconsolidatetheirresource plans(people and materials), analyzedataand generate charts and dashboards

• Improve tracking, reporting, and forecasting by developingdashboards and automations,includingusingAgentic AIinday to daywork toimprove productivity

• Collect, analyze,organizeand publish data viadashboardsandrecurring status reports

• Work hand in hand with engineering counter parts across global sites to develop and implement effective and repeatable operational processes,proceduresand workflows

• Develop documentation and training materials

• Provide general operational support for theAIGROCmOperations Team

SKILLS:

• ExpertproficiencyinMicrosoft Excel, using functions and formulas to analyze data

• Visual Basicexperience to help automate data processing and analysis

• Strong data analysis andstrongpresentation skills to drive executive presentationcontent

• Excellent verbal and writtencommunicationskills, strong interpersonal skills

• Experience with data visualization concepts andsetting up and usingtools such asPower BI

• Active use ofAI Agentsand AI Tools(eg.Claude CoWork, CoPilotCoWorkor Studio)tooptimizeprocesses, accelerateday to dayworkflows

• Interpersonal and Collaborative skills, conflictmanagementand stakeholder relationship management

• Experience with Share Point, Confluence, Teams permission management

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION:

• Min 5+ years business analysis or operational experience in matrix organization

• Bachelor degreein Business

• Finance or Engineering or equivalent strongly preferred

• Agile or PMP Certification an asset
