THE ROLE AMD is seeking a strategic Workforce Planning Skills Manager to lead the enterprise-wide rollout of AMD's skills management strategy. This role will drive the development and implementation of a scalable skills framework, including mapping, validation, and integration across all business units. Leveraging technology and data analytics is key to this role, along with driving change management initiatives that foster organizational growth THE PERSON The ideal candidate will be a proactive collaborator with deep expertise in workforce planning, skills intelligence, and cross-functional program delivery. You are entrepreneurial, highly visible, and ready to take on a greenfield challenge-building and scaling skills management capabilities that support AMD's global growth and leadership needs.
