As Chief Product Security Officer, you will steer the global product security strategy that safeguards the digital backbone of the power industry-spanning Embedded Systems, Industrial Control Systems (ICS), and SaaS offerings that support modern, data-enabled grid operations. You will set a unified vision and framework for security by design across the full product lifecycle, partnering with engineering, product, and regional teams to build resilient products that customers trust. Your work will help protect operational technology and digital platforms that underpin reliability, safety, and performance in grid environments, while supporting innovation and modernization goals such as secure AI enablement and robust vulnerability management. In this role, you will engage directly with customers and industry stakeholders, coordinate global incident response for product lines, and champion security practices that are practical for high-availability systems. You will strengthen how we architect, build, validate, deploy, and maintain products-so that utilities and power-sector customers can operate confidently, adapt to evolving threats, and progress their digitalization aims. You will grow teams, elevate security awareness, and represent Hitachi Energy's cybersecurity leadership within the power ecosystem. How You'll Make an Impact
