You will conduct routine foot and/or vehicle patrols, remain highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents, and respond to concerns with clear communication and customer service. You will document activity, report hazards or irregularities, and work as part of a team that values integrity, reliability, innovation, and a people-first culture.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial property.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of buildings, common areas, parking areas, loading areas, and the perimeter; working environments and conditions may vary by location.
• Monitor for unusual activity, maintenance concerns, and access issues, and report observations to property management and/or Allied Universal supervision as required.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including disturbances, medical calls, and fire or alarm activations, and assist with directing responders to the scene.
• Complete accurate shift documentation such as patrol logs, incident reports, and access-related records, and communicate key updates during post turnover.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
