ABOUT THE ROLE

This position supports production by placing finishing panels and accurately pouring and finishing concrete in molds. You will work in a fast-paced environment to ensure quality, consistency, and safety while meeting production requirements.

Salary range $20/Hour. Based on location and experience.

WHAT YOU'LL DO



  • Deposit concrete into molds for production in accordance with job specifications
  • Spread, level, and screed concrete to rail height to ensure proper surface alignment
  • Apply specified finishes to the rear face of precast panels
  • Monitor concrete placement to ensure consistency, quality, and proper coverage within forms
  • Assist with general production tasks and cleanup to support safe and efficient operations


WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We're looking for a dependable, safety-focused team player with strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn. The ideal candidate can communicate effectively, follow instructions, and work accurately when placing panels and pouring concrete.

IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE



  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required, with willingness to learn and be trained
  • Previous concrete experience preferred but not required
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Commitment to safety, reliability, good attendance, and a positive attitude
  • Ability to use basic tools and apply basic math skills, including reading a tape measure and performing basic calculations


WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS



  • Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting up to 75 lbs occasionally and frequent bending, climbing, kneeling, twisting, squatting, crawling, and repetitive hand/arm use
  • Capable of standing, walking, and moving throughout the facility for extended shifts of up to 12 hours
  • Comfortable working at heights using ladders, scaffolding, swing stages, and man lifts frequently
  • Ability to work safely in a production or field environment with moderate to high exposure to safety risks and hazards
  • Willingness to work in varying environmental conditions, including wet, hot, humid, and cold weather, and outdoors year-round
  • Ability to wear all required PPE, including but not limited to safety boots, safety glasses, hearing protection, high visibility vest, hard hat, and other PPE as required by the task, department, or work area.
