The Human Resources Manager acts as a strategic partner to business leaders, aligning human resource initiatives with organizational goals to drive performance and growth. The Human Resources Manager is responsible for providing strategic and hands-on HR support to the General Manager, Plant Manager, salaried staff, and hourly workforce at the Buena Vista, Virginia facility and the Modine Heating remote employees. This role will lead a dedicated HR team within the plant to manage daily HR operations, drive talent initiatives, ensure compliance, and foster a positive and productive work environment. The HR Manager will also play a key role in developing local talent pipelines by building relationships with local educational institutions. This role will report directly to the Human Resources Group Director and dotted line report into the General Manager. Key Responsibilities
