Northwestern University is seeking a temporary Financial Administrator for the Evanston campus.

Temporary Job Description:

This role is essential to sustaining the financial operations that support Kellogg's Executive Education department, one of the most active and revenue-generating units within the school. Exec Ed operates a high volume of in-person and online programming and does not have the internal capacity to manage the day-to-day financial processing required to support these activities. This position provides dedicated transactional and system-support coverage that ensures timely and accurate financial processing directly tied to program delivery. These AP activities include but are not limited to setting up new vendors, creating purchase orders, processing payment requests, and resolving financial system issues causing payment delays. The team is also responsible for reporting and reconciliation to ensure payments are timely and aligned with departmental budgets.
